Adapted from a novel, I can say that this was a quite good movie. Plotnya pas, nggak berlebihan, dan menurutku malah adegan2 yang ada bikin ceritanya lebih simpel, beda ama di novel yang bikin bosen karena terlalu ruwet. What I love the most from The Host, both in novel and in movie, is the sweet ending part :3
Di novel, aku lebih simpati ama dramanya Ian-Wanda daripada Melanie-Jared. Lebih complicated dan impossible tapi nyatanya berakhir bahagia. And thanks God, pemerannya Ian sesuai ekspetasi kyaaaaaaaa :3
